HMS Kent Royal Navy County Class Cruiser on the China Station Maritime Art Painting Print by Artist Roger H. Middlebrook GAvA

The China Station was home to a large number of Royal Navy vessels during the 1920s and 30s with heavy and light cruisers being very prevalent. The newly introduced ‘County’ classes of cruiser were especially well represented with at least one being on station from 1930 until the breakout of war in the east in 1941. This is HMS Kent in 1933.
