Considered to be one of the best biplane fighters ever built, the Czech Avia B-534 easily ranks alongside aircraft such as the Fiat C.R 42, Gloster Gladiator and Heinkel He.51. Due to its Czech heritage and introduction of the Bf-109 into Luftwaffe service the 534 was only used as an advanced trainer by the German's. It was however supplied to Germany's allies and this one is seen in the colours of the newly independent Slovakian Air Force
Avia B-534-IV.
