Jaguar XK 120 & Miles M.3 Falcon Car Motoring Aviation Art Painting Print by Artist Lee Lacey AGAvA

Two legendary names in the world of Motoring and Aviation come together in this painting. The Miles M.3 was one of the finest civil aircraft of the mid 1930s, being totally enclosed and able to seat three-four people dependent on configuration. As can be imagined, this did have an effect on the price and only thirty were built before WWII.

The Jaguar XK120 Roadster was the first car to be produced by the company post war and entered production in 1948. Around 12,000 were made prior to its replacement in 1954 but it set a pattern for Jaguar that would see them become one of the world's premier sports car marques.

Here a couple are disrupted during a romantic picnic by the unwarranted intrusion of the aircraft over-head!

PRINTS ARE SIGNED BY THE ARTIST AND ARE LIMITED TO 100 OF EACH SIZE
