Spitfire arrived in 1962 . A remodelled version with higher bumpers arrived in
1966, with the car being one of a generation of well-loved roadsters ranging
from the Frogeye Sprite, through the MGA and Sunbeam Alpine to the E-Type
Jaguar. Without doubt, a glorious time in Britain’s motoring history.
