Morris Z van collecting the last post collection before the Xmas deadline
Going back to a golden time, transport artist Malcolm Root FGRA shows a small Morris Z van, the backbone of Royal Mail for much of the 1950s and 1960s, ready to collect the last post before Christmas.
This is a scene that would have been repeated up and down the country countless times throughout the era.
