While not as famous as BSA or Triumph, Matchless produced a large range of superb motorcycles from the early 1900s to 1967. Producing bikes from 250cc and 750cc, many Matchless motorbikes were used by the British and Canadian Armies during both World Wars.
Matchless were also unusual in producing bikes with unusual engine sizes, such as this G11 with 600cc engine. Their engines also had separate heads and barrels making them unique among British bikes
