Mercedes 300SLR of Stirling Moss during the 1955 Mille Miglia Art Print by Stuart Booth
Showing
the Mercedes 300SLR of Stirling Moss in the 1955 Mille Miglia, the painting
represents the early stages of the race when Casellotti, starting one minute
later then Moss caught and passed him on the road only to retire after over-stretching the car. The Mercedes was unmarked at this stage, the various
dents to the bodywork which are familiar in many pictures only collected later.
