A reflective study of a 1955 Maserati 300S in the paddock at a Goodwood
Revival meeting. The artist was taken by the effect of the strong reflections
being cast in the highly polished paintwork, enhanced by the powerful morning
sunlight. Working from his own photographs he enhanced the effect even further
with the intention of making the reflection the focus of the painting.
