The Douglas DC3 revolutionised air transport in the 1930s and 1940s. Civil and military versions were produced and many are still operating today.
NC17334 is the oldest flying DC-3 in the world and flew for American Airlines as Flagship Detroit from 1937-1947. It has since been restored and is now operated by the Flagship Detroit Foundation.
