Darryl Legg Aviation Art Print featuring the North American F-51D Mustang
WWII Legend In Korean Skies - The F-51D
This stunning piece shows a finger four formation of North American F-51D Mustangs from the 18th FBG on route to their target during
the Korean War.. The Korean terrain and weather could be quite treacherous while the F-51 proved to be quite susceptible to ground fire. The aircraft were however a vitally important part of the Allied nations resistance and then pursuit of the invading North Koreans.
