Force 'H'- HMS Hood

£24.00

Tasked with defending the Western Mediterranean and convoy duty between Gibraltar and Malta the unit had under its command most major vessels of the fleet at one time or another. Here HMS Hood with HMS Ajax in the background is seen on one of the first Malta convoys coming under attack from Italian aircraft.
