Silver Wings - De Havilland DH.66 Hercules - Imperial Airways
Airliner Aviation Art Print of an Imperial Airways De Havilland DH.66 Hercules by Aviation Artist Roger H. Middlebrook GAvA
Imperial Airways began its service with a variety of aircraft, mostly of WWI vintage. The De Havilland DH.66 Hercules was one of the first purpose built commercial aircraft to enter service and allowed the line to offer more room and comfort. This one is seen at a strip outside New Delhi being inspected by dignatories from the city.
